ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We are offering a return period of 14 days on any orders; we kindly ask you to please handle any jewellery with care and clean hands if you do decide to return anything.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund or credit note within 14 days of receipt. Please email us in advance so we know to expect your return and include your original receipt, as well as your contact details in the package. We'll get in touch as soon as we receive it. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and in mint condition. All shipping charges are not-refundable.
Special orders (including bespoke), custom jewellery & gift vouchers are final sale and cannot be returned. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please email us before ordering if you are unsure. Returns for these items will only be accepted if the item is faulty. If the fault can be repaired good as new, or the item replaced a refund will not be authorised.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the piece is faulty or we have made a mistake.
Please send all items back 'Signed For' through Royal Mail and make sure you keep note of your tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged.
We have the right to deny a refund or credit note if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you need to cancel an order you must email us within 4 hours of when you place your order. Many pieces are custom made and once production begins on them they cannot be cancelled.
