IN STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our desire is for you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your item, please let us know within 14 days and we will help you to make it right.

Jewellery purchased in store and brought back can only be exchanged if returned unworn within 14 days. We are sorry but we are not able to offer refunds, however we are very happy to exchange items for something of equal value or we can issue a credit note which can be used to purchase something new within 3 months.

Personalised and Bespoke items are final sale, and as such cannot be refunded or exchanged as we have made them exclusively for you, and so are not able to return them to our stock.

Please note that all of our jewellery is made by hand using natural and unique gemstones which means there can be slight differences between items. We love that this happens and hope that you do too.
