In-stock items: Dispatched within 5 working days.
Personalised items: Dispatched within 10–15 working days.
Made-to-order jewellery: Please allow up to 4 weeks for dispatch (6 weeks for Premium Collection pieces). We will let you know if there are any delays.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (next working day by 1pm, signature required). International orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Signed For, with alternative courier options available at checkout.

EU Returns & Refund Policy
As each piece of jewellery is individually crafted and one of a kind, we are unable to offer refunds on purchases.
If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, in its original condition and packaging, for either an exchange or store credit to the full value of the purchase.
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be redeemed against any future purchase.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

If your piece requires custom artwork, we will email a proof to the email address provided with your order. We can only adhere to the production times stated above if we receive your approval promptly. Delayed responses may result in production delays.
