We are offering free shipping on ALL orders over £500. Our boutique is permanently closed, so collections are not possible. Royal Mail are still operating with Covid-19 protocols in place: they will not ask for signatures when handing over the parcels to customers. Our parcels are too big for the letterbox, so they will place the parcel by the door, knock, step back to a safe distance and wait for you to retrieve the parcel. This is the best way they have to make sure the parcel has been delivered safely, instead of just leaving it outside your door.
In stock items will be shipped within 5 working days. Personalised items will take 10 to 15 working days.
For all other sales, each piece of jewellery is handmade to order; please allow up to 4 weeks from placing the order to your jewellery being dispatched and 6 weeks for Premium Collection pieces. If there is any particular delay we shall notify you by email to discuss your options.

UK Delivery is by Special Next Day Delivery, and is free of charge over £500. This is a secure, signed for service by Royal Mail for guaranteed by 1pm next day delivery. Please could you make sure that there will be someone at the address to sign for the parcel, otherwise Royal Mail will leave a missed delivery card and the customer will need to re-arrange the delivery with Royal Mail.
Rest of the World Delivery is sent using International Signed For, and this service requires a signature at the delivery address.
