Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are offering a return period of 14 days on any orders; we kindly ask you to please handle any jewellery with care if you do decide to return anything.

 

How do I return my item?

- Enter your order number and email address in the fields below and click "Start".
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved. This could take up to 48 hours.
- All shipping charges are not-refundable.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. They must be in its original packaging and in mint condition.

Special orders (including bespoke), custom jewellery & gift vouchers are final sale and cannot be returned. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Returns for these items will only be accepted if the item is faulty. If the fault can be repaired good as new, or the item replaced a refund will not be authorised.

Resize or Exchange?

If you need your ring resized or would like to exchange your order please get in touch through our email.

 

Are there any charges for returns?

- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping, unless the piece is faulty or we have made a mistake.

We recommend sending all items back using a tracked and signed service. Make sure you keep note of your tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged.

We have the right to deny a refund or credit note if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This could take 4 to 5 working days.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This could take within 10 working days to show on your statement.

Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel an order you must email us within 4 hours of when you place your order. Many pieces are custom made and once production begins on them they cannot be cancelled.
