PERSONALISED JEWELLERY
Personalised items will take 10 to 15 working days, as long as the blank item you requested is in stock. If the blank needs to be made from scratch, the order will take up to 4 weeks.
If your piece requires a custom artwork, we will email it to the email provided on your order. We will be able to stick to the timeline mentioned on the previous paragraph as long as you get back to us as soon as possible after we've contacted you. Delayed replies will likely cause production delays.
