In stock items will be shipped within 5 working days. Personalised items will take 10 to 15 working days (see T&C's for further info).
For all other sales, each piece of jewellery is handmade to order; please allow up to 4 weeks from placing the order to your jewellery being dispatched and 6 weeks for Premium Collection pieces. If there is any particular delay we shall notify you by email to discuss your options.

We are able to resize rings to most sizes not shown on the product screen, but this depends strictly on each style. If you require a different size than listed, please email us at online@lauraleejewellery.com and we will be able to let you know if we can make the ring in your size.
If you do not know your ring size we strongly advise you go to a local jewellers and have them measure your UK ring size.

We will try as hard as we can to advise you on your ring size but we can not be held responsible for determining it. Everyone likes wearing their rings differently depending on the shape of your hands - it's best to go and get measured!
